We believe in owning the entire project from wiring to the PBX to High Speed Internet for your property. More than 50% of our new construction properties have been wired with our own cabling partners. We will not miss any cabling requirements by your flag. This is a dedicated team of cablers that only work on Hotels and Resorts. Once we receive your blueprints we will assist you in reviewing them for missed locations, which can be a serious time and monetary expense. What is the Installation Process
Our Project Manager is assigned to your installation will contact and work closely with all vendors behind the scenes, including the PMS (Property Management Software) vendor, local telephone companies, long distance telephone companies, elevator company, pool chemical company, etc.
Atlantic will plan the database for your system, including all designated options for your staff and guests. Our dedicated Hospitality Technicians have many years of experience and will offer suggestions to meet the needs of your property. Atlantic's advantage is that the people building your database and pre-programming your systems will be the same people installing your system. Their first hand knowledge of your project will provide an easy cutover process.
As a part of our installation process, your new PBX, voice messaging, and call accounting equipment is rigorously tested in our facility prior to shipment to your property. We perform a number of tests in our labs and also let your system run for at least 30 days to burn in all your components before installation. We will also pre-program all components of your solution to your specifications to decrease the installation process onsite and reduce your involvement while onsite.
At the completion of the installation or opening of your property, our Project Manager will review the project and verify the project is completed to your satisfaction.
