Major System Failure (Emergency)
Major Failure is defined as your main answering position cannot receive, make or transfer calls, and/or your communication system is more than twenty-five percent inoperable. We respond as soon as possible and average two to four hours.

Minor System Failure (Non-Emergency)
Minor Failure is defined as non-essential services such as a single phone or peripheral is either not working or intermittent. Our response for Minor Failure is by next business day.

Executive Service Plan (ESP24)
Coverage includes inspection of dial tone outages, all parts and labor, storm and lightning damage, repair or replacement of hardware Sunday through Saturday, 24 hours a day including holidays. Additionally, training services are provided free of charge, plus get discounts on new hardware purchases and non-covered service rates.

Atlantic is confident that our lightning protection systems are the finest available. We use Bell Labs quality line protection and APC power systems. All systems provided by Atlantic include earth grounding to ensure system tolerance to surges and lightning.

In cases of direct lightning hits and you have Atlantic Lighting Protection and have experienced damage, we will dispatch a technician within four hours of your request. Since General Liability Insurance will handle repairs, Atlantic will cover up to fifty-percent of your insurance policy's deductible.
